I usually don't have these temps until the end of May.. def a shocker this year

Just meant remove from bottom heat. Night temps about 12C to 15C = 54F to 60F

My greenhouse is jammed! Just hoping somthing could be moved out! I still have them on the heat mat, will move them tonight.

Guess what I see one Kew Blue seedling!!! There maybe hope! I guess they maybe slower to germinate?

That's great! I STILL haven't sown mine! Maybe this weekend.

Very nice. I find it difficult to photograph salpiglossis. The chocolate comes out more red that what I see. Also, I too have had poor germination with the blue one anytime I've tried it

I'm going to try again this year and yes the color on the choc. picture is not that red.

The chocolate ones look wonderful with blue lobelia! I grew them for the first time this year.....YUM!!

No, darn it. Wish I had gotten some pics. Gotta start making myself some notes; had a couple of combinations that looked very nice this year. That blue lobelia also looks very nice with pale yellow petunias mixed with orange marigolds. And Black Dragon coleus. Yup, I do like blue lobelia...

That sounds like a great comb. Yep, notes, because you will wish you had come spring and planting time. Speaking for myself never can remember.

This is decidedly past it's prime, but it gives a bit of an idea what a nice accent that dark blue lobelia makes.

I truly like these but unfortunately they did not germinate for me I've gotten seeds several times and still nothing.
I'm willing to try again (another have extra seeds to trade?).
