Dave,

What price range do you sale your tomato plants in the qt. size? I've been selling 4 inch pots but would like to try my luck with quarts.

Well, believe it or not, my children set the price on the tomatoes and they sell the quart sized plants at $5 which I think is crazy high, but they sell out of them every time.

If I am manning the table, I will sell them for $2.50 each but that is to my children's chagrin!!

To be fair, the plants were very large - about 12 to 18 inches high (not counting the container). So they were fantastic plants, healthy and ready to go.

Lol, Dave, seems your little ones already know the market for tomato plants. That's about the going rate here too. Like you, I thought it was a little on the expensive side for a tomato plant.

I've been selling from my country nursery and have had alot of pre-orders for my tomato plants. I started my seed at the end of Dec. Plants are getting to be a good sz. now.

That old saying....."time flies fast" is true! I remember seeing your children at a plant meet.....I think outside Tyler, Tx. several yrs. ago. They were like little door-steps back then.....and the cutiest & well-mannered children anyone would ever want to meet. Now you've got some up and coming little entrepreneurs. I know you & Trish are proud of them.
