That's what I told myself all afternoon yesterday. Then of course, I went onto the LA...

After reading all the raves on here, I ordered from Maryott. I bought 3 BOGOs, Russian Temple, Set My Soul Afire and Fashion Police. A total of 72.00.

I mentioned on the comments that since I had ordered all BOGOs, that I did not expect extras, but if they do extras, I was doing an orangish garden, and liked ruffles.

I received 2 bonuses!!Bogota!!!! and Exotic Design!!!, value 142.00!!!! So, since the ones I ordered were all BOGO, I figure my total bonus as 214!

I will certainly order from them again, and again.

If anyone wants to see pics of plants rec'd, let me know.

Wow!! Polly, you made out real good. I can't believe he gave you a 100.00 daylily for a bonus. I got 7 BOGO's and all I know for sure is that I am getting 'Bluegrass Memories'. He said he would send a lot more bonus and I did give him a few suggestions. hehehe

They are amazing. I have chatted with him several times, his family apparently lived in my tiny town of Hustisford a century or so ago - and he has even been here! Ate at the local breakfast restaurant and drove through.

I did order MINERAL SPRINGS, and also two others I've been looking at for the longest time: PARROT JUNGLE and RUSSIAN TEMPLE. I really really wanted RUBY CLARE MIMS, so that's what spurred me on. I've recently had just a few die on me with our last 108 degree heat wave, so I have a couple of spaces now...

Maryott send Arctic Sunrise to us as a bonus last year or the year before. Mineral Springs looks really good. It was tempting and so was Coffee House; but, I finally settled on Paul Aucoin so we could get the new weekly special to be shipped with our increasing order in September. Now, I wonder what the NEXT weekly special will be???

I had told myself I wouldn't be doing any "weekly summer special" orders from Maryott's this year, but I didn't know he was going to be doing some fall introductions -- and I've been collecting Linda Agin's daylilies so I had to jump on this special. I wonder how early he'll begin shipping the new fall introductions -- I'd love to get mine now, of course, so maybe it might bloom yet this year. I've already had blooms now on three of the daylilies he sent me on July 5th.

The "weekly summer specials" are just too tempting to refuse! We always ask for ours to come mid to late September. We get scapes even past our first few freezes in November. Of course, the blooms are not good but we want to see a bloom anyway. We like Linda Agin daylilies, too. We have several and are adding Bitten Ag'in and Lachlan Nicole Agin from Maryott this summer. Actually, we are replacing Bitten Ag'in that croaked over the last winter. We were scheduled to see her garden when she discovered that she had cancer and began treatment.

OMG I am tempted! I have an order ready to go, and am just TRYING to keep myself from placing it! Oh geez - and you all aren't helping any!!!! ~Jan
