I'm not sure how many of you know about Plant Delights Nursery in Raleigh, NC
I received an email notice this morning that Michelle Avent passed away after a 4 year battle with cancer.

We often talk about how ATP is a family, but we're all part of a much larger family of gardeners. We all mourn with the Plant Delights family. Michelle will be missed, but her memory lives.

I was just reading a old Horticulture magazine artical about this couple and their company Plant Delights. So Sad! Correct me if I'm wrong but they are the ones who created the endless summer hydrangea.

I am sorry she is gone. I met her at one of the open houses, she was so cheerful and happy and helpful. Way too young to die :*(
