I'm pretty sure any florist will have this, but Hobby Lobby would almost certainly have some in stock.

Friend e-mailed me yesterday about Supamoss. It sounds interesting for those that like hanging baskets. She ordered some liners and a roll of it that is supposed to line at least 50 16" baskets. 'Best part...she's going to share!

....."This is a new organic substitute for moss that has a drainable plastic base with cotton fibers – looks like moss, is environmentally friendly, and is long lasting. It comes in liners as well as rolls. It isn’t sold at Hobby Lobby."

Supamoss: This is the lining for hanging baskets that's supposed to help keep the plants hydrated longer. It's also supposed to last longer than the cocoa mats. We had a hanging basket demonstration last night at our garden club mtg. The shiny side gets covered with soil, and the mossy side facing out. Anyone who wanted to could take a piece from a long roll the speaker brought. She ordered a roll and said the roll cost about $150. and would fill 16 baskets. I'm going to try it. Hope the squirrels don't like it.
