Recived and planted these Jan. 29th, they have been shifting about the last few days. And now a first leaf! Hurray!

Congrats! It is cool seeing the emergence of the first leaf.

I use the flotation method on my aulicum seeds. I got lazy and just put them in a cup of water instead of mixing the growing media. What did you use anyway? Vermiculite and perlite?

Straight vermiculite. Never been happy with the "water roots" that are started. I don't see any trsnsplant shock this way.
