It may be Galvezia. Maybe G. speciosa. I have one but it's never bloomed.

Thank you Leslieray! I have only seen the kind that look more like a groundcover! No idea there were other types/species. Wonder why yours never bloomed? Do they only bloom on rare occasions? Specific environmental thing? Very cool plant, thanks again! Thumbs up I tip my hat to you. Thank You!
