Very pretty, Allison! That yellow one with the green splashes is very interesting. I haven't seen that one. I like it.
You have some nice combos, especially the tiny purple leaf with fishnet stockings.
I have sworn off coleus but somehow, it always makes its way back in, especially when it's marked down.

Thank you! It looks nothing like Fingerpaint. I like it a lot more. It is easier to blend. You should keep cuttings of that one.

I came home with 7 Under the Sea varieties this weekend. They were in 4" pots and were about 20" tall. Some really unique colors and leaf shapes in that series. They are now in much larger pots. They will spend a few days in deep shade and then be presented to the world! lol I have a row of potted coleus along my walkway.

I am not able to post pictures. But they are already looking good. They have enough soil so they are not drying out so fast.

Good capture! I saw one today but it went for the buddleia. The bees like the flowers so much, I hate to pinch them back. Anyway, they just make another bud right away.

Yes, that is a healthy one from last year. It stayed nice all winter while the rest of them died. I saw some on clearance recently for $2 each in Wayne but I don't have room.

Allison, fantastic pic! I've seen hummers visiting Coleus blooms but not managed to get a pic. I never cut the blooms off of my Coleus except when they are inside.
