I only have four pictures, and I ended up not being so fond of the Space Agers so now I have none left. But here are my pictures:

I only have a few, and I don't have any pics good enough to share here. I just got Awesome Alex last year, and I have Petal Pushers, and Star Dock that are supposed to have these huge flounces, but only had small ones here. I also have Cross Examined, which is my favorite of this type. I'll have to try to get better pictures next year.

Hi, Are you aware of "Thornbird"? I think it was a Dykes Medalist one year. It has some unusual colors, which I fancy. Just a thought. Am thoroughly enjoying your many, beautiful photographs. Thank you.

I only have one Space Ager, and I just love it. It is Liquid Crystal Compass and a fellow forum member sent me a clump last year. In fact, until it bloomed this year and I asked, I had no clue what Space Age meant! I will post a photo after I get home from the long weekend, I posted a photo on one of the threads a few weeks ago. The colors in it are so subtle. ~ Jan

IB 'Liquid Crystal Compass' has long horns. I didn't get a picture as must first year plants were on the short side.

Best of the space agers is a no-brainer for me and my wife: 'Westpointer'

The others we have include Byer's 'Thornbird':

I vote for Mesmerizer, for its vigorous growth habit, big blooms, and length of bloom season.

Bright white and it can (almost) hold its own against attention hog 'That's All Folks'

Flounces and spoons, oh my... For fancy, what more can you want?

My first year with this; the horn length seems to be variable, but at its longest, it's a wowzer.

I'm in love! Lovey dubby

I picked this up at our club's plant sale at our recent show... silly me, I picked the weakest pot (leaving the best for the public)... it's blooming half-heartedly, but I expect a better show next year!

I dislike horns on Iris, and am 'meh' on most other Space Agers, but, if I had an Iris that gave me blooms just like this one ALL the time...well... Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin

A Space Ager I do really like, and many thanks to Suzanne for sending it to me. Lovey dubby

Yes, 'Wings at Dawn' IS beautiful.

Great color on this one, and as a bonus, it is a very late bloomer.

I just dug out photos of this one, which was new to my garden last year. I love the colors on this one.
