Good suggestion in Garden Blues

The color blue brings the wow factor to your garden. Using Krylon spray paint, add a little color to ordinary metal or plastic trellises, stakes and containers.

Thanks, Brenda and Lynn. It just seemed too good to throw in the garbage.

Brenda, we spend about a month each summer in Cortez, and one of our destinations is always Dolores. Really love that area.

Becky, I didn't paint it. It was that color to begin with. I'm afraid I'm not much of a painter and it wouldn't have turned out well at all.

Brenda, Our plans this year involve spending time in AZ and CA with our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren out there. One grandson is getting married, another is graduating from high school, a granddaughter is having a baby tomorrow and yet another granddaughter is having a baby in June so we will be knee deep in kids. If we are ever out that way again, we will surely look you up.

Brenda, I will certainly keep you in mind when we are out that way. We usually make a bee line out Route I-40 when we go to AZ, and once we went from FL and traveled on Route I-10 in our Odyssey. That took 5 days. Would love to see your gardens. It would probably have to be next year. Exactly where are you in Dolores? Are you by the river?
