A few weeks ago I germinated and grew some morning glorys. They seemed fine besides being really spindly, we were getting good sun for a bit but now we reached a cloudy and cold patch. Recently they've become withered and seems as though dying really quick. I have no idea what's wrong, I think it may be a nutrient deficiency but I don't know what kind. Please help, I know they might be unfixable but I want to help the best I can and learn from my mistakes.

I don't think you did anything wrong. Looks like a disease of some sort to me.

I would just try again in another pot with different soil and make sure that there are drainage holes in the bottom. I don't know about Canada but where I live in California in zone 9b they will grow and reseed themselves in the sidewalk cracks. Lol. I must say that I never have grown them in pots. Just in the dirt outside. Can you try them outside in the garden?
