Glacier Gardens is also alliterative (I think that's the word I mean), and trips nicely off the tongue. Big Sky Gardens is harder to say out loud, in my opinion.
If either is already taken, go with G G Daylilies, or Big Sky Daylilies, unless you don't want to limit yourself to one type of flora.
I still like the idea of playing with Cut Bank -- unfortunately, I come up totally empty when I ponder on it.
