Ditto....
What a nice, thoughtful gift. And a tree would be perfect to honor the newest member. We planted a Serviceberry tree for my daughter, and in the hole included that little piece of dried-up belly button that falls off! I know, I know, weird eh? And now that tree is so tall we can only pick the berries within easy reach and let the birds have the upper ones. They seem to like Alex's tree, too!

Congrats!

Hey Trish,

Can you send that sign back to me? The bottom line is a little crooked and Hetty's butterfly doesn't show up as much as I thought it would and I'm thinking I see a spot that looks chipped.

Or maybe you could just tilt it a little when you plant it and pretend it already has a weathered look.
Would that work? Big Grin

Enjoy the trees and the sign and know that they represent the love and respect we all have for you and your family. Group hug

Me three! And Shoe played a part in that laughter too. And no Shoe, I don't think the belly button is one bit odd either. In fact I think it's quite endearing.

Sharon, the sign is perfect and flawless! The lighting in the kitchen was low when Trish took the photo with her low quality ipod camera. I promise, the sign is perfect!!! I'll get a better photo of it outdoors in natural light and you'll see it in its perfect glory!

Looks great to me!

I'm wondering what that ribbon/bow is though. Is it a piece of copper strip or something wiggled around to be a ribbon and bow? That really sets if off. Do tell, Sharon.

That ribbon/bow is heavy metal, just like the sign. I had to use pliers to bend it down enough to wrap it to mail. Ugh. Tough stuff.

The sign is all metal and was blank when I got it, Shoe, but it did have the bow on it and also a hanger in back as well as a stand that holds it up and will stake into the ground. So they can hang it or stake it, whatever. But it is an all weather metal signboard painted with all weather paint. It'll probably last awhile.

The tag on it is metal as well.

Hurray! How fun to see the sign in it's new home. Sharon, you did such a wonderful work in that sign. Lovey dubby

What a great choice of trees, figs. I love my fig trees. Just think, about the time the newest one is old enough to eat figs, the trees should be producing. Hurray!

I really am amazed at this beautiful sign. The ATP logo was perfectly made. The sign is high quality copper but I want it to last so I'm not going to put it outside. I'm thinking of a good place to display it in the house. Right now it's in our kitchen where everyone can see it.

I love the message on the front and the back, too. This is a very special gift from very special people. Lovey dubby

Dave: Do you have any plants indoors? It could be stuck into a container plant indoors or on the porch where it would be protected from the elements. Or maybe it could be sprayed with a clear sealer which would help protect it from fading in the sun if outdoors?

I have that exact sign that was given to me by my sister for Christmas. Mine has a holiday sentiment painted on it but it's not nearly as nice since it wasn't hand painted by our talented Sharon with the beautiful ATP logo.! During the holidays I had mine stuck in a ficus tree indoors.

I think if someone could find those blank signs and have *a certain someone* Lovey dubby paint them with that beautiful ATP logo, many of us would want to purchase one. Smiling
