I received my order from Floyd Cove, along with two other orders at the same time, and it seems like I was planting for days...

All were two or thee fans, except for the bonus plants which were large singles. A really beautiful order -- I'm thrilled!

I know you are excited, Betty. I emailed Floyd Cove last Friday asking them to go ahead and ship our order. Got an email that they would ship today or tomorrow. Got an email from Mary Gaskins today saying they had shipped our THREE boxes today!

Oh, that's good to know about Gaskins, Doris. I had purchased HERE LIES BUTCH when they first sent the email, and they responded at that time, but I haven't heard anything since and I was wondering if I should email to ask about my order. But I'll just sit tight for a couple of weeks, now that I know they are shipping.

I don't know about you, but it seems to take forever to plant or pot daylilies up. I got 38 daylilies on Wednesday, soaked them overnight and started planting on Thursday, and it took three days of planting to get everything taken care of. So three boxes plus your Floyd Cove order -- yikes!

Ummm... I am NOT volunteering to help plant three boxes of daylilies!

Me either!!! The Gaskins always send huge fans, and we are getting some fantastic daylilies. (I'll list them when they arrive.) Mary G. is also sending us one of her 2012 intros as a bonus that she is naming for her mother. She said they don't usually send bonuses, but I guess our order is so large that she can justify it. It will be like Christmas when they arrive and then the ones from Floyd Cove, the Trimmers, and Tim Bell will follow, probably all this week.

Betty, you are right about it taking so much time when so many arrive close together. I saw here that you were receiving your daylilies and decided to get some of ours sent now, too, since we are having such a mild winter and probably early spring. By getting some of the larger orders now, it will help in early April when several other shipments are expected. These will go in pots now and be put in the ground in a few weeks when we should be past any frosts and freezes.

Betty, when did you ask for the Gaskins to ship Here Lies Butch? If you want it sooner, send them an email and they will ship it. I had originally requested early April shipment but believed the daylilies were ready for shipping now from South Ga. My line of thought was: "If Tim Bell is shipping, the Gaskins' daylilies would be ready for shipping, too". BTW, we're getting Here Lies Butch, too.

I'm on pins and needles waiting for the mailman today. My Floyd Cove order was mailed on Friday. But my Trimmer order was mailed on Thursday, so I may get both today. My son and I got the pots ready to plant in them. All I have to do is add daylilies, plant food and water.

I got three huge orders today. Well the fans were huge, Floyd Cove, Nicole Harry and Trimmer. I'm tired now and will post pictures tomorrow on a new thread.
