That's amazing! Is that its natural growth pattern?

Yes it is Sherry. It also goes through some amazing color changes throughout the year. This is my second year with this semp. Our terrible weather, freezing and thawing, torrential rains for several months, doesn't bother it at all. The dried leaves are from out summer drought last year. It take it all and just keeps looking beautiful. It is also very prolific, as you can see. : )

I checked the other pics of this same one and could see the color changes, but it looks as though it's been 'arranged' as a wreath. Beautiful.

That is just the way this one grows. There are others that have that growth habit. This one is turning out to be one of my favorites. Last summer is when it matured enough to start showing it's growth pattern.

There are many amazing succulents, both hardy and tender, that have been posted by ATP members. Many of the do trades, or will ship for postage.
Thumbs up

I love all the color changes this semp seems to go through. Pale yellow to bright red, who would of thunk it? Hurray! Hilarious!

I know I am commenting a bit late but this is simply beautiful. I am new here and I am a newly found sedum and succulent addict. I seriously can not stop thinking about them! Ha! I have a small collection.
This one is gorgeous! I'm going to go find my way to the Semp & Sedum section now Hopefully I don't have heart failure. lol 😉

Hi Brea, so nice to meet you. And a big Welcome! to ATP.
Great news, you live in an area that should make sempervivum very happy. They love real winters.
Are your succulents hardy or tender types? We would love to see photos of your plants. Hurray!

Marilyn, I think it is Choctaw. Something about the present generation?

Lynn, thanks, I did try google translate but did not come up with anything. Just a search came up of a mix of Choctaw, Arabic and Jewish. I was just curious.

Thank you got the warm welcome everyone! I am honestly a beginner and all my semp are inside my home, but I do have quite a bit of sedum outside. It's covered in snow right now. Blech! ;)

So any help from all of you would be wonderful!

As far as my signature line:
"Himona ia Achi Abeha."
It is Choctaw Indian and it means
"Just Be"....as in just be in the moment. Live in the now.
I am over 1/4 Choctaw Indian and have that quote tattooed on my left wrist....as a reminder to always "Just Be" through every moment of my day.

Anywhoooo....where do I post photos for you to see mine? Don't want to do it in the wrong spot.
Thanks for your help and your warm welcome! Thank You!
