I am actively going through this course, and it's very, very good. A little slow at times, but very informational. Highly recommended.

Good to see permaculture in the classroom. Yes, it is a little slow in a lot of spots.

If you have the book Gaia's Garden, the photographed garden that graces the cover is owned by Will Hooker, the lecturer of this series.

Listening to Prof. Hooker today, he said something interesting that could be taken as a definition of permaculture.

He said "we garden by subtraction rather than addition", meaning, he's constantly pruning and harvesting rather than constantly planting and replanting.

I yearn for the day.

I just recently came across the link and I'm loving it. Is NC State the only campus that offers a Permaculture class. It would be great to find one in the DFW area.
