Rita, I'm usually the last float in the parade, living on shoreline of that 'cool pool' called Lake Michigan. Thats alright, I Kinda like it that way! You'll will blooming before me!

Of the lilies planted last fall all but one has made an appearance. The shortest are Lilium ‘Lavon’ at under 6". Are OT slower starters?

Something about magnificent 'reds' Jack!-It has the colour of a fizzy drink, called 'sparkling orange' that we used to buy from the vendors truck, back in the 70's as it cruised the 'housing suburbs' of the lower paid,.,cant buy good memories like that!!!,.,.Today i started on bulb purchases,.,Kentucky, graffiti, faralito, montezuma - some more Muscadet--Where does one stop?

Border Gateway- imports bulbs here from your land [a sister company]they look so healthy when they bloom in winter!!...[i currently have 'lionheart/orange art/pup art/black spider/ strawberries and cream about to bloom],.I mainly buy from within our state[island] but for special bulbs, i buy from' Bryan H Tonkin'-bulbs,.,.,.,occasionally i'll buy a big bag[if they tickle my fancy] from a major hardware store,.,.or grocery store
