Fabacea (Pea Family) Some type of vetch, I'm guessing Vicia americana. Vicia americana is native to Virginia.

Yeah, thats got to be it. Each year I pull these weedy vines off my bushes because it will be choking them, this is the first year I saw flowers on it. Probably a mild winter. Thanks Horntoad.
