The first one is tulips. There are 2 kinds in there so when these stop blooming, the next set start. Then in June I put coleus in the containers. That's a rhododendron very common around here. You see this one every place. Not sure of the name.

Purple Rooster, Raspberry Wine and Monarda citriodora. All of these are stunners.

It does, Bob. I have it coming up from self-sown seeds out there as we speak. And I save the seeds as well.

It has been so warm here this winter, but they are predicting frost the next two nights. Now that I have my tomatoes out, of course.

We had snow on the ground for maybe 24 hrs. total this winter. Things have been up for quite awhile including the various Monardas. I have a big bunch of something up but I can't remember what it is and the tag appears to have faded out. I'm about to thin it though so I hope I won't be mad at myself for that later on.

Things reseeded like crazy over the fall and winter here. I've never seen anything like this.
