If poor Phil is indicted for an incorret weather forecast I think all our weather forecasters better run for the hills cause they don't seem to be right much more often then Phil!
We're at least suppose to get above freezing this week so I'm excited about that. We were in -18 to -5 below all last week at night until last night. Brrrrr. Bring on the sunshine!
Phil was pronounced dead at the scene. It looks like a self inflicted wound, but an investigation continues. Foul play is a possibility as the scene could have been staged by a disgruntled parent. Millions are suspects with apparent motive.
We have a "Balzac Billy" here and we were to have an early spring...NOT. The last few nights it got down to -14ºC= 6ºF. A town about 3.5 hours North of here got down to -31ºC= -24ºF. That's just crazy for this time of year.
