OMG, that's huge! And gorgeous too! I had one of those at my last garden, don't know why it didn't get moved here. You've just reminded me I need to fix that! I love how the new growth as a pink tinge- it's beautiful with pink bulb blooms.

The one I had in my last garden was in partial shade, well, mostly shade now that I think on it. It may have received a couple of hours of direct sun at the most, and it was very happy.

Any major problems (pests, diseases) with the Dappled Nishiki Willow? I have a new one planted in a very shady location ... 85% shade, I'd say. I want to move it if that location will cause problems down the road.
