I know. I'm still trying to decide what to do about the Euphorbias since there are so many ... and both spurges and succulents.

Well, I have determined that Euphorbia antiquorum is the type species for the genus Euphorbia. Is there any way I can work with this to make it like a Parent plant for the purposes of moderation? If not, I'll just let that genus go for now and perhaps can work with some of the larger species that have more progeny when I determine which ones they are. Other people are free to do that as well. Unless someone is an expert authority of a particular species, that will be a very piecemeal approach to moderating this, but with such a large and disparate genus, I'm stumped on what other course to take for now.

Euphorbia pulcherrima (poinsettia) is probably one of the larger species in this genus as far as a Parent plant. It has over 100 or more named cultivars. (I'm still just thinking out loud here).

The other option is we make the parent plant for all Euphorbias and make you the moderator. I don't have a problem doing that.

The majority of the Euphorbias are species "singles" with no progeny at all, and just maybe I'll hit on a good way to separate the hardy spurges from the tender succulents one of these days.
