Do you grow this in your garden?
I am thinking it would look good in my rock garden.

Cinda, it makes a great rock garden plant and it is hardy to zone 5. Would love to see photos of yours when you get one. There are some really colorful hybrids that I've seen on the internet.
I found this jewel last fall. I have to admit I was worried if it wouldn't survive our freezing and thawing and torrential rains the lasting several months. It doesn't seem bothered by it at all. I do think I will have to give it water once in awhile during our drought time (July, Aug & Sept.). I look forward to seeing it mature.
This plant gives year round interest and really wows me when in bloom.

It is 3 years old now. I'll try to get an updated photo of it this weekend.

It is such a pretty little thing. It caught my eye in the random pics.

Yes, it says : Zone 5a -28.9 °C (-20 °F) to -26.1 °C (-15 °F)
Not sure where I could plant it. It may need more sun than I could give it. But it is sure cute.

It can handle bright shade. I think in your harsher sun the bright shade would work better.
There are some young plants just waiting for your arrival. Big Grin
