Crocus vernus
Hyacinthus orientalis
Iris reticulata & I. danfodiae

other "spring bulbs" that are quite forcible (but not forced as often)

Ipheion
Crocus sativus & C. chrysanthus
Chionodaxa
Puschkinia
Bellevaria pycnantha
Galanthus
Scilla
Anemone blanda and A. coronaria
Camassia
Fritillaria - smaller ones, like F. meleagris
Lilium
Convallaria majalis
Hyacinthoides hispanica
Allium --> including A. moly, A. neapolitanum, A. karataviense, & A. schubertii
Triteleia
Erythronium (cool greenhouse)
Nothing that's been done can ever be changed.

Maybe I should remove this field from daffodils and tulips and instead add it to the primary plant details (that affect all plants)?

Crinums, Lycoris and some of the others with which I'm familiar can be forced.

I'd like to see a "Forced" field included in the primary plant details since other plants can be forced into bloom as well. Some Euphorbias such as Poinsettias, also Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter cacti can be forced, some Bromeliads like Tillandsias can be forced under specific conditions ... and so forth. I know there are others as well.

In the primary plant details, we have "Other" under Bloom Time, with a magic text box opportunity. Shouldn't that be where this is used?

If I can get in the habit of remembering to put it there, that would work fine.

For all the bulbs as well?

Are you ready for me to remove "Forcible" from the custom databoxes of daffodils and tulips?

I don't moderate those so I couldn't speak to that. Just thinking about the bulbous plants I moderate and what to do with those so wanted to be clear about any major changes. Thanks for the clarification.

Yes, Dave. Please remove it from the Bloom season category for Daffodils and Tulips. It would be better served in the general plant description area for all plants, I think.

I definitely would like it removed as an option for Daffodils under "Bloom season" because with the check boxes and drop down box, only one choice is allowed, so it does not work there.

Thanks!
