I saw this bright cheery Ice Plant at a favorite local nursery and sadly it had no tag. Does anyone know it?

It could also be Delosperma basuticum, the yellow form. If so, it's hardy in zone 4.
It could also be Delosperma 'Rise and Shine' which is a new variety out of Japan. It, along with D. Perfect Orange, Pink Ribbons, White Pearl and EYe Candy showed up at a local nursery here without tags. They aren't as hardy as I'd like.
