I would use it. I use the DG one and one issue is I'm not real sure about the scientific names of my plants and have no idea what a cultivar is so I rarely find a match in their system. Another issue is The "disable" button; it is great for hiding the plant so it's just part of my inventory list for me but not available for trading at this time. Problem is, no one else seems to realize what the disable button is for so everyone looks like they have a hundred plants to share.

Seems like an easy fix for that is to opt-IN for trading instead of opting OUT. If we have to click a check-box to make it available for trading, that should reduce that issue
