Each month we get excited when our orchids open up. Here's a place share them with others. Find the thread for the current month and add your picture and some text about it!!

Hi there, Kathy. I have some recently opened babies in my hydro pots, so I thought I would share them here. First up is Bllra. Patricia McCully 'Princess'. I love the pattern on this bloom and the floriferous sprays!

And finally, here is my tiniest orchid... a very small mini called Phal. Sogo Gotris 'Flora Ark'. This one tucks in nicely on end tables and by picture frames, so I move it around from room to room. It's like the "Where's Waldo" of orchids in my house! =P
Any day you wake up on the sunny side of the grass is a good day.

This is my Ludisia Discolor in bloom. It has some cold damage, the leaves are not as colorful as usual & some bloom was damaged. Really rough winter for us!!!

I know you are just doing this to confuse me, Kathy. I'm already so insecure with technology. I can do orchids but when you put orchids, computers and cameras together it gets confabulated.
Bree these are great but I'm worried that folks won't see them on this thread. Would you mind reposting on March part2? http://cubits.org/orchids/thre...

My " tree" orchids. This was my first orchid! I have had it probably 25 yrs. I have no idea of the name. I have them mounted in an oak tree. It blooms every year for me. It is about a month late this year because of our cold weather. Ihave some damage also so will not have as many bloom this year. This is just one side of the tree. I will probably have around 30, had about 80 last year.
