I feel a little foolish posting these here and on cubits also but here are my first 2 seedlings. I am amazed as I usually don't have bloom until about May 10th. The first 3 shots are the one I like, the 4th is a discard

Lucy, the cross was Eye of Newt X Zap...both SDBs I find the light purple plicata markings and the lavender purple turning to red in the heart beard interesting.

Fantastic first SDB for you, Paul -- CONGRATULATIONS! I really like it, and don't you just hate it when there's a hose or a nasty weed (in my case) in the picture when you get it to the computer?

We have red-brown hoses, complimentry colors? Perhaps a thread for hoses?

I find beard colors almost impossible to figure out.

Its raining here tonight which we need. Should be some more bloom tomorrow or the next day. I found numerous bloom stalks in my open beds today, at least 3 weeks early. Everyone should raise at least a few seedlings. It adds another dimension to the bloom season.

I would be interested in the last one if the falls "flaten" out. Can you provide more pics of the last one when you get a chance? Thanks. very cool.

Greg...we had a hard rain last night which ruined some of the blooms. I will watch it and try to get a better picture. It is the craziest season that I remember here. I will have TBs in a few days.....a month early.

I like the top right one.

We still don't have any, and I have tons of medians. We did have some snow, but not much, and most of the winter the ground was bare.
