It's been a quiet month so far, but here are a few orchids coming in to bloom. I'll start with a couple of Stanhopea:

...a closer look at the flower. I am still not sure what or how this is pollinated.

I love this little beauty.

Dendrochilum magnum

Jumellea arborescens

Polystachya dolichophylla

...and I'll finish for now with this happy looking couple.

OMG, these are wonderful (as always)!!! I especially love Phymatidium delicatulum, Jumellea arborescens, and the happy couple. And the Stanhopea oculata which I have but has never bloomed for me. Cyconoches peruvianum is so unusual!

I was just reminiscing about being at Kew, must be 10 years ago. I was hardly into orchids then! I don't think I will ever be there again. That's why your posts are so precious to me, Richard. How wonderful to see what is happening there every month!!
