I've recently joined to the group. I have enjoyed the articles and pictures.
My question is how does this plant grow in your gardens? I live in South Central Missouri and thought about
buying the plant. Does anyone know if it from the villosa family of heuchera? Any information would be appreciated.

Wecome KJ. MR does well here in my zone 7A garden. It's one of my favorites and just bought 2 more to place nearby a couple of hot pink daylilies.

It has been a strong grower for me. On some sites you can find Midnight Rose Select which has more of the pink spotting but the background black does not seem to get as dark.

I'm in zone 4, but it's been a strong plant for me too.

Welcome. Midnight Rose is a strong grower for me as well. Definitely one of my favorties....
