I've been driving by this for years and never known it to loose it's leaves. Has been in bloom all winter. Flowers about 2 1/2" across, leaves aprox. 10" long

There a long list of Tabebuia species, but I could only find photos of a few, and all the ones I saw are supposed to be decidous, and the leaves don't match.

Kent, that's the closest I've seen, so far.. Haven't been able to find much data yet though. I'll leave this open for now. If anyone has a reliable link for confirmation, please post it.

I'm convinced that it Tecoma castanifolia.
