Lost all my Lace Cacti the winter before last, so started over with smaller ones this year.

I bought a mock orange about 5 years ago and I have yet to see it bloom in my garden, it was blooming when I bought it. Angry

I love your cactus bloom, so pretty.

Linda, that Mock Orange is beautiful. If my 'Canyon' variety looks half as good I'll be tickled to death. Lovey dubby

My mock oranges bloom every spring, without being babied at all. I just wish they'd bloom twice a year.

I've been trying to ID mine, Linda. I know it probably came from the woods near Biloxi, MS, so is probably wild. A friend sent cuttings to me from there. Mine blooms in spring and again in fall, but with less blooms. It's big and floppy, but so pretty. Reminds me of dogwood (that I can't grow here).

I have Rough-Leaf Dogwood, not as showy as the eastern one, but it's nice. That reminds me, one of those is suckering this year. Wonder if it would survive if I dug it up.

That's really pretty!

It's probably an ideal time to transplant it. We're supposed to have a few more cool days and nights.

Here's a couple of photos of my mock orange. It gets tall and floppy, but it reminds me of MS springtime. It blooms here again in fall when it gets a little cooler. Not a lot of blooms, but a nice surprise after the scorching summer.

We're having a garden tour here next Sunday. Guess what's decided to bloom this Sunday instead?

Well, you can take the picture, blow it up, and glue pieces onto the plant for next week?

Sandi, my caladiums are popping out all over (heck, I even have a flower on one) so if you need some other color, let me know. They're all in clay pots and easy to move!

That's sweet of you, Carey! I think I'm ready for Sunday. Tomorrow is pre-tour where the other people on the tour drop by the other gardens, since we'll all be busy on Sunday. The plumerias are blooming and lots of hibiscus, so I do have color, but I miss those brugs! It's going to be hot at 3 PM. A friend of the couple at the 3rd house is bringing 11 antique cars and a couple of motorcycles for us to see. I can't top that! I'll be doing well to serve drinks to everyone. Whistling
