By Sharon
April 22, 2012

Come with us now as we travel to Canada to view the gorgeous gardens of Margaret, (mcash70). Short growing seasons and long cold winters don't seem to mar the beauty of her landscape. Be sure to click on the images to enlarge them. You are going to love what you see!

I have often enjoyed the photos Margaret sends me of her yard but to see it like it was presented here just takes my breath away. Living in this dry brown place I so long for this greenery. I love the lushness of Margaret's lawn and wonderfully packed colorful flower beds. The trees are wonderful as are the variety of birds. Love following the garden thru the seasons. This was a real treat after a long hot 99 F dry day here in Tucson. Thanks Sharon for doing the article and Margaret for putting together such a nice garden year for us all to enjoy. Wish I was there ! Thumbs up

Linda, thank you so much for the beautiful comments about my gardens. *Blush*

Sharon, thank you for doing your usual great job in putting together this tour. I tip my hat to you. I also want to thank you so very much for your beautiful words of praise for my garden and my photography. That means a lot to me.

The bear was a youngster and a joy to see, absolutely no threat what so ever. Lovey dubby

I'll take your word for it but I'm not coming up there to see how friendly he really is.
What I really wanted to do is ask, "Margaret, did that bear chase you up in that tree?"

But I won't ask that Whistling

It's restful, it's beautiful, it's inspiring, and it's obviously home to a lot of wildlife. Thank you for sharing it with us, and thank you Sharon, for putting this inspiring display together.
Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

Margaret, I am stumped. WOW comes to mind first, but finding impressive enough words to describe how incredibly lovely and delightful I find your gardens (and the view!) is challenging me. Maybe just stick with WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW ?!?

Fine garden, fine article. impressive array of wildlife. When winter arrives, it looks really cold, yet retaining a beauty all it's own.
Nothing that's been done can ever be changed.
