Just wondering how do you rearrange badges..I tried to drag and drop but it does not follow.. Confused

On your profile, the top box is 'Your Actions', click on the 'Manage your microbadges' and there are instructions right at the top.

Some of the advanced features of ATP require a modern browser that can handle all the snazzy javascript tools I've created. Drag and drop badges is one such feature. If you are using MS Internet Explorer, I can't guarantee that it'll work. I do know that it should work flawlessly in Firefox or Chrome.
