Just wondering how do you rearrange badges..I tried to drag and drop but it does not follow.. Confused

I did try that several times...it won't drag and drop.

Some of the advanced features of ATP require a modern browser that can handle all the snazzy javascript tools I've created. Drag and drop badges is one such feature. If you are using MS Internet Explorer, I can't guarantee that it'll work. I do know that it should work flawlessly in Firefox or Chrome.
