Love your insects, Tarev! This is on my many Texas Mountain Laurel. Sophora Bug, Lopidae major. Makes sense, the plant is in the Sophora genus!

Good pics! This year the katydids aren't that numerous here, fortunately. Some years the noise they make is really loud!
