We are going to Ohio this week to spend some time with Karen (kqcrna) in her lovely gardens. Be sure to click on each image so you don't miss a thing. You will love all the color combinations.

Beautiful Landscape Karen.
What is the name of the pink hibiscus? It is very beautiful.
Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Mat.6:28-29

That's fine, I suddenly have taken a liking to the pink ones. Don't know where I would put one but I will keep it in mind just the same. Was it hardy or tropical. As a matter of fact it does remind me of the hardy one called 'Lady Baltimore.'

Yes, it's hardy. It has been in my yard for about 4 years now.
I have another pink one that I've had for 20 or 25 years. I can't find a good shot but this will give you an idea. It's much bigger. Where the moscheutos is only maybe 2' tall, this one is 4' or 5' tall.

Ok, that sounds more like the 'Lady Baltimore' I have 'Lord Baltimore' and it is also large. Mine are red.

Those old pictures, of course, pre-dated digital cameras. Most of our photos from that time were baby pictures of our son and photos of the dog! I realized we really didn't have many pictures of the yard back then.
