I love this contest idea. Thanks for making this possible Scott. Great idea! I submitted mine. I am normally not a decorate for Halloween type but you tickled my creepy bones with this contest. I actually bought a pumpkin for this but did not end up using it. It is hard to only submit one photo. I had a lot of fun creating my display. Thank You!

Scott said to post photos here rather than to send them to him so here is mine. This is the very first time I have ever decorated for Halloween. All in the name of plant love Lovey dubby Hilarious!

Here is a funny story about those horses. After I had set this up I text my husband and best friend and said that I had adopted two new horses. I told them both that they were so skinny you could see their bones. The results were very funny and as predicted. They both believed I really had just added two more horses to the family before I sent them this picture. Rolling on the floor laughing Priceless! I think my hubby darn near had a heart attack though. He knows me well and thought we really were going to have two more mouths to feed Rolling on the floor laughing

LOL we live on a dark unlighted one lane private road with only 3 families and no children. Our house is 1/4 mile from the 'main road'. If we don't have any house lights on you don;t know there is a house there. We NEVER get trick or treaters. So I usually carve a jack-o-lantern and set it on an old tree stump with a glowstick inside for the deer, raccoons, coyotes, owls, and feral pigs to looks at. I have to get my pumpkin soon maybe I can get a photo in

@ScotTi

Oh, good. I've been offline for awhile and was worried that I'd missed the contest.

To make sure I understand, pictures posted here. One picture per post but can have multiple posts. But actual votes are treemailed to Scott. So I'm going to make an assumption that thumbs and acorns don't count as votes. Correct?

Do we only vote for 1 picture?

@tx_flower_child You're correct, you can send more than one picture, but only one per post. Treemail to Scot your favorite, and no the acorn was just an acorn...which by the way Thank you Scott. Smiling

Has anyone ever tried to photograph a white pumpkin? It just does not want to show up right. Shrug! Anyhow, I cut some flowers out of the garden today to make this fall display to go with this cute little pumpkin. The little pumpkin finally has some place to be. I kept moving it all over the house because it looked awkward by itself. It was like a traveling house gnome Hilarious!

Audrey, that arrangement is so beautiful, it looks like a still life painting. I love the composition of plants and colors; that photo is frame worthy in my opinion! Lovey dubby
