I added a few species of Oenothera to the Database this morning, but if I do a search for any of them I get a "No matches found" response: http://garden.org/plants/search/text.php?q=Oenothera+serrula...

However, if you browse the genus, the entries are there: http://garden.org/plants/browse/plants/genus/Oenothera/?offs....

What should I do differently to get the entries to show up in a search?

The search engine does not immediately find new plant entries. It runs an update on itself every hour at 10 minutes after the hour.

So, for example, if you add a plant at 10:16am then it will be available in the search engine sometime around 11:10am.
