Discovering Alpine and Sub-Alpine Plants

I was a long time coming to the realization of the vast scope and variety of alpine plants. There are many of them that are easy to grow, if given the right conditions.

Too short Lynn! I really enjoyed reading your article so I found it too short! Very interesting. I love the way you are doing your beds. May be you wil be interested by the fact that some people are growing auricula this way.
Thanks for this short but very pleasant time I spent reading.

Catherine, I had to look that plant up.
Oh my, now I have to go on a quest for some. What lovely plants they are. They would look amazing in the raised semp beds.

I will try to find some links to show the same kind of beds that you are doing..
Primula auricula are really beautiful and after smelling them you will fall in love for ever!
