This plant looks more like Sedum pachyclados to me.
You will know when it blooms, as the blooms will be pink if it is cauticola, http://www.sedumphotos.net/v/s...
White if pachyclados. Afghan Stonecrop (Rhodiola pachyclada)
The leaves look different also.

I do remember the bloom is white.
I HATE pink and would have removed it from my yard if it had turned out to be pink!

it's absolutely not cauticola. It reminds me of my sedum "White diamonds" which is a form of pachyclados.
