Well - it is too late to make them compact Big Grin - the ones that are quite leggy. One thing to help prevent legginess to a degree is to add a fan blowing over the seeds. Running a fan provides many other benefits as well, but studies have shown that it helps to make stems stronger and that helps prevent legginess.

If you can somehow add some light, do so.

Also, rotate your seed tray every few days.
