Thank you so much everyone for your very kind comments and votes! This bird often sits on the top of this hedge next to my driveway. He is getting more and more bold and on many occasions has sat about two feet away from me completely unperturbed by my presence. On the particular morning that I took the photo he was singing very loudly and it was beautiful sunny day. The backdrop is the brickwork of the neighbours house and the berries were just right and really added to it. I am really thrilled to have won!
