'Roses In Snow', a very old favorite that was first planted 7 yrs.ago. It gets very little attention from me except for some alfalfa meal in the Springtime. It is an early bloomer in my Vermont garden, with no rebloom. It is always my first red flower to bloom, and in its simplicity defined with an almost opaque white edge outline around the very tip of its red ruffled face. Green throat. Striking.
