Brassica oleracea 'Tokyo Pink' is possible, I'm looking at the veins which towards the leaf margins appear to be white, however it looks to be a young plant and like a lot of other plants in series, they can be variable.

There is a 'Tokyo' series of named varieties, but there are also other series so it's difficult to say for sure.
