American Revolution is a great daylily for increase and bloom. I get both colors you see above. I'm sure it depends upon the temperature and rainfall. It is both pod and pollen fertile. I got almost 100 seeds from it this year. Mostly from the pods (but didn't record which pollen was used). One pollen cross I got is Barbara Mitchell x American Revolution. It will be interesting to see which color wins out with that cross. BM or AM...or neither, something else altogether??? Definitely a keeper. You wouldn't be disappointed with this cultivar.
