The stem color on seedlings, some say is an indicator of possible flower color. It is only that. An indicator of a possibilities.
I have not really paid attention to the stem color. Have noticed while growing, but to date of all the Adeniums started and blooming age. Not one is solid White or Pink. Some with combinations of both and other.
I would not give it too much thought.
