Bali Watercolor isn't a great increaser here in the Northwest. I received a double fan in 2014, and it only had 3 fans in 2015. It hasn't rebloomed for me either. It sure is a big beauty when it blooms!
A True gardener will purchase a thousand plants before thinking of where to put them :P
