I ordered new grass seed to replace zoysia we had and put it down in October. With the unusual warm fall and winter the grass flourished and grew. But it's almost January and still as green as Summer and growing almost as fast. Even my neighbors grass hasn't grown this fast. My house is the greenest in our neighborhood! I'm worried it's going to grow even in snow and that won't be good! Here is a photo and the seed I used.
