If you're careful not to break too many roots, I think you could safely re-pot them, Karen. Just water them well and keep them cool for a week or two after you've finished re-potting.

I've uprooted and moved my Callas while they were growing before and as long as they didn't lack for water, they just kept right on going. We do have the advantage of humid air here, though. Maybe make an effort to spray the plants with a hose a few times to help the leaves stay perky.
