Sass, be careful what you wish for. Every one of the seeds will germinate, and they will get taller and spread beyond the area you have allotted for them. For one week, their blooms are lovely, then the rest of the year, that area will look weedy because nothing else will be left there.
They wilt in the heat but they won't die. They are definitely a plant for harsh climates like yours and mine, but newer cultivars will bloom longer and behave better. This is one of those plants that ends up on polls titled "what plant do you wish you had never planted?"
But, having said all that, i admit to growing snow on the mountain euphorbia and it's a pest to most people. Whistling
Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.
